Aimee has been a member of SNVB since 2000. She is a Research Scientist with the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, where she focuses on research informing management and restoration effectiveness in freshwater systems, with a focus on small streams and stream-associated amphibians. Aimee served on the SNVB Board as a Trustee from 2005-2007 and as Washington Vice President from 2007-2011. She received her Master’s in Wildlife Biology from Oregon State University, and her Bachelors of Art from Lewis and Clark College in Biology. Her graduate work focused on habitat associations, detection and movement of the endemic Van Dyke’s Salamander in Washington State. In her spare time, Aimee enjoys hiking, backpacking, mushrooming, and skiing with her family.
