2015 Meeting – Hotel Info and Reservations

A block of discounted rooms have been reserved at the Embassy Suites for our meeting February 24, 2015 – February 27, 2015. The special room rate will be available until January 23rd or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

Parking Information:

The Embassy Suites self parking garage is located on SW 4th Avenue in between Oak and Pine Streets. Self-parking will be complimentary for SNVB and NW PARC attendees.
Overnight Guests: Please inform the front desk upon check-in if you have parked in the Embassy Suites garage. Your room key will be programmed to use to get in and out of the garage.

Day Meeting Guests: In order to receive complimentary self parking, please retrieve a validation ticket from the conference registration table. You will need a validation ticket for each day that you attend the conference.

Valet Parking is also available at the Embassy Suites. Fees for valet parking are $7 per hour with a $34 maximum per day.
